Under general supervision, but in conformance with established policies and procedures, provides a variety of customer service functions, such as processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions; cashing checks, processing mail deposits, maintaining account records, and so forth.
Also, redeems savings bonds and handles cash advances.
Is responsible for providing high quality customer service, cross-selling bank services, and balancing the bank's daily activities and totals.
