Processing of new hire onboarding and conducts new hire orientations.
Create and update process documents for the HR department and job tasks Maintain and update employee records, personal information, employment history, and benefits data.
Ensuring files are organized, secure, and compliant with data protection regulations.
Post vacant positions online using Paylocity Career portal and with Staffing Agencies.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.
Assist in the coordination of training programs and courses for employees and maintain records, assist in tracking employee development.
Handle routine employee inquiries and aid with HR-related matters.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments for the HR department.
Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
; refers more complex questions to HR Manager.
Process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification and job descriptions, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
Degree in human resources or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Experience with Paylocity a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
