Experience:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in a restaurant or food production setting - Strong knowledge of meat cuts, portioning, and trimming techniques - Familiarity with culinary techniques and food industry standards - Ability to handle knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and portioning - Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in selecting the right meat products - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards If you have a passion for working with meat products and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
